YUM YUM YUM...last night I met some friends at Park Burger (www.parkburger.com) in Platte Park. My God I love that place. I usually get the veggie burger (but of course they also have beef, turkey, etc.). It's a home-made veggie patty with all these yummy veggies and an absolutely delicious bun. And of course we got the sweet potato fries...sweet and salty. But the regular fries are delicious as well.
The menu is small (just like the restaurant), but the flavors are amazing. And when I'm feeling bad, I get one of the shakes...like Oreo. Ah!
There was a pretty significant wait for a Thursday night, but that always means the place is awesome. Plus it's fairly affordable. And great for kids/families. We had baby Carlos with us, and it was a perfect place for him.
A perfect dinner after a night of partying at Elway's!
